I was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago in the Roseland neighborhood, where community and family shaped my early years. From volunteering as an altar server and crossing guard to starting a student chess club, I learned the value of service, leadership, and collaboration at an early age.
My family later moved to Tinley Park, where I attended Tinley Park High School. I balanced academics with firsthand experiences—working on cars with my brother and friends, helping a local racing crew, and starting my first job at a national grocery chain. Over the years, I worked my way from bagger to store supervisor while earning my degree in business from Lewis University, graduating cum laude.
My career path has been diverse yet connected by a common thread: helping people create, build, and plan for the future. I began in retail management, later moving into sales with a custom cabinet manufacturer—where I discovered a true passion for design. I eventually became the company’s top salesperson, responsible for more than half its business. From there, I transitioned into financial services with a national brokerage firm, guiding clients through investment strategies and comprehensive financial planning.
Through it all, my wife and I raised three children, supporting their passions and accomplishments while staying active in our community. I have volunteered with several organizations and contributed to building projects for family, friends, and my parish church. Over the years, I have also bought, built, and remodeled homes myself, gaining firsthand insight into both the design and construction process.
Today, I am bringing that lifelong blend of design experience, financial insight, and practical planning to a new venture: sharing guidance on home design, construction, and finishes. My goal is to help families navigate the increasingly complex world of building and remodeling, while making thoughtful, lasting decisions for their homes.
